Syootih Atelier will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered. Syootih Atelier on will aim to dispatch all orders within 6-8 business days. In case of special circumstances, we will contact you within a week. Orders will be dispatched through best courier services available in INDIA, and WORLDWIDE.
Unless specified, syootih.com the event that shipping charges are applicable, they will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

When will my order arrive?
The goods will arrive within 8-15 business days after shipment but we cannot guarantee the condition of the package in transit so delays are inevitable.
If you do not receive the goods after 30 days, we will give you a INR 1000 gift card as compensation. After 30 days, the gift card amount will be increased by Rs 1 for each day there after until you receive your package. (The date of receipt of the package is subject to the delivery date shown in the logistics.)
The above promised time frame is the expected situation under the influence of non-epidemic situation. In case of an epidemic, processing times and shipping times will depend on the situation. Please understand.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping worldwide on orders over INR 15,000, otherwise you will need to pay for shipping.
Please note: The conditions of free shipping may be adjusted depending on different activities.
How much do I have to pay in duties and taxes?
You will need to pay import taxes and duties in accordance with local laws and restrictions. These will not be shown as part of the final price at checkout.
If a package is returned or destroyed because you refuse to pay the duty, the resulting charges will be deducted from your order.
What should I do if I think my package is missing?
If the logistics information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, then please contact us within 7 days after the date of the receipt so that we can help you find the package. We will not handle the parcels after 7 days.
If the logistics of your parcel has not been updated for more than 7 days and you have not received it, please contact us so that we can verify the situation and deal with it for you.
